Hamid Mir shooting: Pakistan commission to investigate attack
A special commission is to investigate an attack against a prominent television anchor in Pakistan, the government has announced.
Hamid Mir, who works for Geo TV, survived being shot by four gunmen on motorbikes in Karachi on Saturday.
Pakistan is one of the most dangerous countries for journalists - five were killed there in 2013 and more than 50 have died since the early 1990s. Most murders remain unresolved.
