Malaysia Airlines plane to Bangalore makes emergency landing
A Malaysia Airlines plane has had to make an emergency landing in Kuala Lumpur after a tyre burst during take-off.
Flight 192 to Bangalore landed safely at Kuala Lumpur International Airport approximately four hours after it departed.
The airline initially said the landing gear of the Boeing 737-800 had "malfunctioned upon take-off", but later said that a burst tyre was at fault.
Passengers described the emergency landing as "calm" and "smooth".
