Royal hospital hoax call DJ faced 'death threats'
One of the two Australian DJs who made a prank call to the London hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge was being treated during her pregnancy has said her family received death threats.
Speaking on Seven's Sunday Night programme in Australia, Mel Greig said her mother was threatened with "an eye for an eye" after the nurse who answered the hoax call killed herself.
Jacintha Saldanha, a nurse at London's private King Edward VII hospital - believing the callers to be the Queen and Prince Charles - and put them through to another nurse who gave an update on the duchess's condition.
