South Korea ferry: Court hears evidence

A court in South Korea has begun hearing evidence in the trial of the captain and fourteen crew members of a ferry that sank in April with the loss of more than 300 lives.

The charges include negligence and abandoning ship and - in the case of the captain, Lee Joon-sok, and three senior officers - murder.

John Sudworth reports from Gwangju.
