Malaysia 'most obese Asian country'

Malaysia is the most obese country in Asia, according to a study by British medical journal, The Lancet.

The study suggests that almost half the population is obese and that the condition has been on the rise in the continent in the past few years.

South Korea, Pakistan and China also have high levels of obesity but why are they worse in Malaysia?
