Shahzeb Jillani reports from the frontline in Pakistan clashes

Senior Pakistani army commanders are meeting as clashes between police and anti-government protesters continue on the streets of the capital, Islamabad.

Three people died and 300 were injured in overnight violence after thousands of demonstrators marched on the official residence of the prime minister, Nawaz Sharif.
