HK Justice Secretary: Police 'beating' investigation will be fair

Hong Kong's Secretary for Justice, Rimsky Yuen, who is currently visiting London has been speaking exclusively to the BBC's Chinese Service Editor Raymond Li.

When asked about the treatment of the protestor who was seen on film being punched and kicked by police, Mr Yuen said that the incident was being investigated and that the proper legal procedures would need to be followed.
