Climate change: Nepalese village devastated by landslide

A key UN climate change conference in Peru hopes to lay the groundwork for a new agreement to limit greenhouse gas emissions.

However, a BBC investigation has found that hundreds of climate change projects, already agreed, may never be implemented due to lack of funds.

Naveen Singh Kadka has been to central Nepal where the lack of climate protection has been disastrous for the people living in one remote valley.
