Obama India visit: 'Chemistry' drives relations

President Obama and the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, say they have reached a long awaited breakthrough on issues holding up civil nuclear co-operation.

Mr Obama is on a three-day visit to India. Aside from talks, he'll also attend Republic Day celebrations.
