Auschwitz anniversary: Wreaths laid by former prisoners

Wreaths have been laid and candles lit at Auschwitz to mark the 70th anniversary of its liberation.

Former prisoners and staff at the Auschwitz Memorial gathered for the ceremony.

The flowers were laid against the Death Wall at Block 11 in the former Nazi death camp.
