Afghan government: Two-thirds of cabinet posts unfilled

One year on from the presidential election in Afghanistan, officials are still trying to agree on cabinet appointments.

Two-thirds of ministers proposed by President Ashraf Ghani were rejected earlier this year, and all provincial positions have been frozen.
