Man pulled out alive after two days in Nepal rubble

A team of Turkish rescue workers have pulled a man alive from the rubble of a building in Kathmandu, two days after the earthquake.

At least 3,617 people are now known to have died in the massive quake which hit Nepal on Saturday, police say.
