Nepal earthquake: 'Terrible destruction' at epicentre

The epicentre of the earthquake which devastated Nepal, in the district of Gorkha, has suffered "terrible destruction".

At least 4,000 people were killed across the country as a result of the disaster.

Rescuers are still trying to reach many of the areas affected, some of them remote and mountainous.
