Nepal quake: Rescue effort gathers pace

International aid supplies are being distributed in Nepal after the earthquake struck on Saturday.

It has left thousands of people without, shelter, food, medicine or power.

Official figures show at least 4,300 people have died and almost 8,000 have been injured in the quake.
