Nepal earthquake: More survivors 'unlikely'

It has been a week since the devastating earthquake in Nepal and officials say it is now very unlikely they will find any more survivors.

The death toll stands at just over 6,600 and the Nepali government has renewed calls for more aid to help those in need.

The finance minister says tens of millions of dollars pledged by foreign donors still have not been received.
