Nepal earthquake: Parliament empties as quake hits chamber

A major earthquake has struck eastern Nepal two weeks after more than 8,000 died in a devastating quake.

The tremor was felt over a wide area. In the Nepali parliament, politicians were forced to flee as the chamber began to shake.
