Hopes fade for people trapped under India flyover

Rescuers are continuing to search for dozens of people trapped under a collapsed flyover in the Indian city of Kolkata (Calcutta).

The bypass was under construction in the Girish Park area when it collapsed suddenly. At least 23 people were killed and scores were injured.

The BBC's Justin Rowlatt visited the scene and said that hopes were fading for those missing.
