Nepal's PM KP Oli admits slow quake recovery

It's one year since a devastating earthquake struck Nepal, killing nearly 9,000 people and destroying half a million homes.

But despite international pledges of more than $4.1bn in aid, no formal rebuilding programme has yet begun.

Justin Rowlatt asked the country's Prime Minister, KP Oli, why the recovery effort has been so slow.
