Bangladeshi PM: 'How can a normal human being do this?'

The Bangladeshi prime minister has pleaded with Islamic extremists to stop killing in the name of religion, after 20 people, including nine Italians and seven Japanese, were murdered in Dhaka.

Foreign nationals were specifically targeted at a cafe.

Six militants were killed and 13 hostages were freed.
