South China Sea: China warns of possible air defence zone

China has warned that it could set up an air defence zone in the South China Sea after an international tribunal ruled against its claims in the region.

On Tuesday, the Permanent Court of Arbitration decided there was no legal basis to China's claim.

The BBC's Michael Bristow reports.
