Pakistan floods cause electrocution deaths

Pakistan's biggest city, Karachi, has suffered two days of flooding that have killed at least 12 people - most of them by electrocution.

The newly-elected chief minister of Sindh province has toured affected areas, and pledged action on draining flooded roads and rectifying extensive power cuts.
