Missile crisis is 'worst tension since the Korean war'

Bill Richardson, a former US envoy to North Korea, says Kim Jong-un is "trying to provoke Donald Trump" into action with repeated missile tests.

"I'm worried - I'm really worried," he told Newsnight, saying that the tensions in the region had never been as high since the Korean war more than 60 years ago.
