Guam resident: 'We're used to hearing about being bombed'

North Korea says it will fire four missiles near the US island territory of Guam, if the regime's leader Kim Jong-un approves it.

It's not the first time such threats have been made. In March 2013, North Korean officials said Anderson Air Force Base in Guam was "within striking range".
