Chinese on Apple: 'We have the right to enjoy the same care'
Apple boss Tim Cook has apologised to consumers in China after the country's national media accused the company of failing to listen to customer concerns.
Focusing on Apple's repair policies, Chinese media accused the firm of arrogance, greed and of "throwing its weight around".
These Chinese consumers reacted to the apology and talked about the level of customer care they had received from Apple.
