HK protests: Leaders scrap vote on government concessions

Pro-democracy activists in Hong Kong decided to suspend a vote on whether to accept the government's concessions on Sunday.

Protest leaders said they decided to "adjourn" the vote after disagreements over its format and apologised for a "lack of discussion" with supporters.
