Scuffles in Hong Kong legislature before annual address
Hong Kong's embattled Chief Executive CY Leung has used his annual address to the legislative council to insist that the democratic reforms on offer are the best the territory can hope for.
There were angry scuffles before he began speaking as pro-democracy MPs held a small protest and were removed by security guards.
