Mumbai gunman Qasab death penalty upheld

India's Supreme Court has upheld the death sentence of Pakistani national Mohammad Ajmal Amir Qasab.

Qasab was one of ten gunmen who laid siege to Mumbai for almost three days, killing 166 people.

The judges also rejected his claim that he had been denied a fair trial.
