Can Obama persuade India to act on climate change?

Indian Prime Minister Narenda Modi and US President Barack Obama are holding talks on climate change.

India is one of the world's largest carbon polluters, but say they do not require the same environmental standards as China and the US.

Indian officials have indicated they view economic development as a more important goal.

Matthew Amroliwala reports on India's record on the environment.
