Hong Kong leader 'sorry' for Manila hijacking families
Hong Kong's chief executive Donald Tsang has said he feels "exceedingly sorry" for the families of victims killed in a bus hijacking in Manila.
Mr Tsang said a delegation had been sent to the Philippines to assist the survivors and the victims' relatives.
A former policeman armed with an assault rifle seized the bus and killed seven Chinese tourists during the day-long siege.
