Families take refuge as typhoon Megi hits land
Thousands of people in the Philippines have fled their homes as typhoon Megi heads towards them.
The storm has made landfall in the north of the country carrying with it winds of 140mph.
Emergency services are on high alert and have warned of heaving flooding and possible landslides.
It is the strongest storm to hit the country in four years.
