Indonesia tsunami: Claims early warning system wasn't working

Rescue teams in Indonesia are still trying to reach 11 villages that are thought to have been devastated by a tsunami off the west coast of Sumatra.

More than 300 people have died so far and hundreds are still missing.

Officials say an early warning system introduced after the Indian Ocean tsunami six years ago, wasn't working when Monday's disaster struck.
