Mark Fitzpatrick: 'North Korea has less to lose'

Tensions between North and South Korea have flared into a serious military confrontation.

The South Korean president says he is trying to stop a greater conflict.

Mark Fitzpatrick, was formerly in the US State department and is now a senior fellow for non-proliferation at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London. He says North Korea has less to lose.
