Cambodia's PM joins mourners at stampede ceremony
A day of mourning is under way in Cambodia to mark the deaths of 450 people in a stampede at the annual Water Festival in Phnom Penh.
Prime Minister Hun Sen joined officials and grieving relatives for a religious ceremony at the footbridge where the tragedy happened.
A preliminary investigation has found that the swaying of the bridge near the capital, Phnom Penh, triggered a panic.
The BBC's Guy Delauney said Cambodia's Prime Minister Hun Sen was visibly moved during the ceremony.
