Fukushima governor says Japan earthquake victims need help
The governor of Fukushima, Yuhei Sato, has told a press conference that the unfolding catastrophe at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant was not limited to his prefecture, and urged all Japanese people to recognise its national impact.
He also warned that basic supplies including fuel were running low and asked for more help.
