Tokyo water 'unfit for babies' due to high radiation

Residents in Tokyo have been warned not to give tap water to babies because of radiation from the damaged nuclear plant 220 kilometres to the north.

Authorities said levels of radioactive iodine in some areas are twice the recommended safe level.

Concern is now growing among Japan's neighbours as Hong Kong has banned a variety of food imports from some Japanese regions.
