26 workers trapped in China coal mine

Rescue teams in China continue their efforts to reach 26 miners who were trapped underground when an illegal coal mine flooded, state media reported.

The accident occurred on Tuesday in the Heilongjiang province, in the northeast of the country.

According to reports, 45 miners were working at a pit when a huge amount of underground water engulfed the place.
