Philippine army rescue more than a hundred hostages
In the Philippines the army has said that more than a hundred people being held hostage by Muslim insurgents have been freed in the last twenty four hours
Fighting is continuing in the southern city of Zamboanga, nine days after men from the rebel Moro National Liberation Front landed by boat seizing several coastal villages.
