Australia's grey nomads: Vintage years in the vineyard

Australian authorities are urging firms to embrace the skill and experience of the over 50s as the population ages rapidly.

Academics have identified a growing trend for Australians in their 60s to leave the drudgery of suburban life and follow the fruit-picking trail around the country.

Phil Mercer met a group of grey nomads in the New South Wales Hunter Valley.
