Leaders arrive for EU Brussels summit

Leaders from EU countries have arrived for a one-day summit in Brussels to discuss the economy and the EU's approach to China and India.

But a row over France's crackdown on Roma (Gypsy) migrants from Romania and Bulgaria may end up dominating the meeting.

President Nicolas Sarkozy was said to be furious after an EU official compared France's removal of Roma with the deportation of gypsies during World War II.
