Italy PM Silvio Berlusconi wins vote of confidence
After months of acrimony within his centre-right coalition, Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has won a vote of confidence in his government.
The result could allow him to stay in office for the remainder of his term until 2013, but there is still uncertainly over whether his alliance with a key former ally will survive.
