Croats remain sceptical about EU membership

This is the year in which Croatia is hoping to wrap up membership negotiations to become the EU's 28th member.

But Croatia has a problem. Most polls show a serious lack of support among ordinary Croats to join the European bloc, with one showing just 38% would vote in favour of membership.

So why has Euro-scepticism infected Croatia - and how serious is it?
