Nato 'not looking to intervene' in Libya

Nato's Secretary General says the alliance is planning for "all eventualities" in Libya but that it is not looking to "intervene".

Anders Fogh Rasmussen said Nato would dispatch AWACS aircraft to carry out 24/7 surveillance of the country.
