Portugal bail-out: High-level talks to set terms

Top International Monetary Fund, European Central Bank and European Commission officials are in Lisbon for talks with the country's finance minister, Fernando Teixeira dos Santos, to discuss the terms of the country's proposed bail-out.

The 80bn euro ($115bn; £70bn) bail-out is due to be completed by mid-May.
