Queen's visit to Ireland: Day one

The Queen has begun a four-day state visit to Ireland; the first ever by a British monarch to the Republic.

After visiting the Irish president's residence, she laid a wreath at the Garden of Remembrance in Parnell Square, where those who fought for Irish independence are honoured.

Nicholas Witchell reports from Dublin.
