Mladic court appearance at Hague set for Friday
Former Bosnian Serb military commander Ratko Mladic will make his first court appearance in the Hague on Friday.
The 69-year-old was extradited from Belgrade on Tuesday, after judges there rejected an appeal to delay his transfer on grounds of ill health.
He faces charges of genocide and crimes against humanity and the prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal at the Hague said the arrest "means that no-one can count on impunity for war crimes".
