German prof 'sorry' for Spain E. coli alert

The German agency in charge of trying to trace the E. coli outbreak which has killed at least 17 people has said it may continue for months, and the source may never be discovered.

The BBC's Steve Evans spoke to Professor Reinhard Burger, the head of the Robert Koch Institute, who said he was ''very sorry'' for Spanish farmers who were first thought to be at the centre of the outbreak.
