Heavy downpour hits traffic in Turkish capital

Torrential rains have paralysed Turkey's capital Ankara as the authorities warned residents to remain indoors.

An underpass was submerged and several cars were pulled out of the water.

None of the passengers were hurt according to the Turkish official news agency.
