Obama condemns 'horrible attacks' in Norway
US president Barack Obama has extended his condolences to the people of Norway after an explosion rocked the capital Oslo.
Mr Obama said the incident served as a reminder to the international community about the need for better intelligence sharing.
Local media report the blast caused damage to the offices of Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg who was said to be unhurt.
