Silent tribute is paid to victims of Norway attacks

People in Norway have been observing a minute's silence to remember those killed in a bomb blast and shooting on Friday.

Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg led the commemoration. The BBC's Jon Sopel reports.
