Turkey appoints new military command

A new military high command has been appointed in Turkey less than a week after the previous one resigned en masse.

The military has had supreme power in Turkey for many years and was responsible for toppling four governments, but Prime Minister Erdogan has steadily worked to limit its power.

Jonathan Head reports from Istanbul.
